xynn tii imagery.™, a visual arts platform, is growing at a rate that is surpassing expectations. Founder and Chief Executive Officer tii k xynn randomly engaged within visual journalism during his senior year in high school.

“It was wild how this first started. My Cisco Networking teacher gave me his older camera and told me to make use of it. I began taking pictures, and soon enough I started to get that ‘can’t stop, won’t stop’ feeling ! [laughing]“

tii kenya xynn was born in Montgomery, Alabama on February 17, 1990 to African/Malaysian-American parents. Given the military background of his Mother, he spent a considerable amount of his childhood overseas in Japan, Germany and South Korea. While abroad, xynn experienced what he considers to be a very rare privilege.

“Ahh, it was the best! Traveling the world at such a young age gave me the knowledge of how other cultures live and this has allowed me to be more open-minded as a person. I really loved it, more than anything.”

In June 2007, after receiving his Diploma in Seoul, South Korea, xynn traveled to Miami, Florida where he is currently pursuing his bachelors at the University of Miami. His major is within Communications.

As far as xynn tii imagery.™ is concerned, xynn is well on his way. But he still has much more to learn to better his craft, and Miami seems to be that ideal place to accomplish such a task. With both its diversity of people and environment contrast, South Florida has given xynn the opportunity to take his collection to the next level, which he states:

“Is only possible because of my Mom. She’s everything to me. I’m more than grateful of my Mom, as well as her decision to join the Air Force. I’m the result of all the sacrifices she has made, and I love her for that.” .
